How our Buy Back Service works:
1. Download and fill out the form from the link above.
2. Complete the entire form.
3. Send the form to " repair@vtechsvc.com "
4. Once we receive the form, we will complete our quote, and reutrn it for your consideration.
5. If you accept our offer, we will arrange to get the items to our facility in Wheeling, Illinois.
6. Once your devices are received, a full audit is performed and the devices are individually recorded and graded according to our Grading Criteria.
7. Once grading is complete, pricing will be assigned based on the grade of the item and pricing in the quote provided to you.
8. You will receive a fully complete audit with all serial numbers, specifications, grade, and the total payout amount in detail.
9. Once you have reviewed the final audit, we will arrange payment for your devices.
10. GET PAID!
